I’ve been taking my children to see Dr. Shiva for a few years now and it truly feels like home here. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with the kindest staff who make scheduling and checking in and out so effortless. Then there’s all the fun interactive toys which helps the kids feel at ease. But the best part has to be Dr. Shiva’s incredible chair side manner- so calm, engaging, patient and gentle. Dr. Shiva is an absolute gem and unparalleled both in her professional skills and talents as well as the caring way in which she treats her patients. Truly has a special way of making kids feel comfortable and at ease while simultaneously getting the job done flawlessly. Highly recommend and could not say enough good things about her.
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Shiva for my 2-year-old’s dental cleaning! She was so gentle, patient, and kind and really knew how to make my little one feel comfortable and at ease. It’s not easy keeping a toddler calm at the dentist, but Dr. Shiva made it feel like a breeze. She explained everything clearly, used a soft and fun approach, and even made the visit enjoyable! Dr Shiva is the absolute best!! My children love going to her because she is always so informative, calm, gentle and loving! She makes the kids feel so safe that they always want to go back to her!
Dr. Shiva is patient, caring, and professional. She makes my boys (and me!) feel comfortable and at ease during each visit.
