I was completely satisfied until I was charged $25 to do my 2-year-olds clear manicure. I was given a new client discount but still I pay $25 for my own manicure not a toddler who took one dip of paint. Otherwise my medium full set with gel was under $60 😍. My technician was friendly and fabulous as they all were and great with my daughter. Other than toddler pricing 10/10
I absolutely love Shi’s Nails and Spa! From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. I also appreciate that they always offer refreshments, which adds an extra touch to the experience. My mani/pedi is always flawless, and I have never been disappointed with any service I’ve received. I love Shi. I'm very particular when it comes to my nails and Shi checks every box. She's always prompt and ready to work at my appointment time. She's easy to talk to during the appt and aims to make her clients happy/satisfied. Her talent for nails speak for itself. From my first appt she knocked it out the box. Whatever tweaks I need or want, she adjusts to make it happen. Do yourselves a favor and book her. Thank me later!
Had a visit with Keala Cho today. She took her time and did a really nice job on my pedicure. I came there with my feet jacked up and left with my dogs feeling refreshed and looking a whole lot better. Thanks Keala and big shout out to Shi.
Everything was OK, Until it wasn’t. I was a walk-in and got the new client special. Was getting my manicure done, and the girl insisted I get gel X because it was “faster“… Never had gel X nails, so I said OK. Then afterwards, while getting my pedicure I had some stubborn pretty bad and grown toenails that I didn’t know where as bad as they were from going to a different nail salon that messed up my ingrown even worse… It was very painful, and then the owner tried to do what she could with them then the first lady that was ... read more
