Every year when my landlord insurance is up for renewal, I call around just to confirm pricing and coverage. I called several other carriers, and was frustrated by the lack of knowledge exhibited by the agents. Ginny was by far the most knowledgeable of any agent I spoke to, and she was able to adjust my coverage so that my rate was affordable. She was patient, kind, and timely in her responses. I highly recommend her for all your insurance needs!

We just finished a major water damage claim through Shisler and Associates of American Family Insurance. Bryan Shisler and his staff, particularly Chaise Colwell, were extremely helpful obtaining the homeowners insurance policy for our new home and then in the initial stages of the claims filing process after the unfortunate middle-of-the-night flooding incident occurred. Ginny was very thorough and walked me through the whole claims process, which gave me peace of mind. She was also proactive in pointing on some coverage that I needed to add, as well as saving me in my premiums for discounted programs. Very pleasant and helpful!
