Shishkabob House opened its doors in 2006 after hurricane Katrina. We will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary next year. We specialize in Mediterranean cuisne.

This is a decent place. Service was nice and food was good. I ordered the "Hummus with Lamb." It was very good with a nice flavor. My wife had the Beef and Chicken Shawarma. It was her first time eating Shawarma and she said she liked it. Both dishes came with a salad which my wife loved but I thought it was just ok. Don't get me wrong, I did eat it all! Just not my favorite. She got a Lebanese tea which she likes. Me? Nope. I just can't get pass the fact it taste like I'm drinking perfume.
Gyro plate rules. Plenty food for the price-but most importantly the flavor is spot on. The accompanying salad, hummus and pita bread all delicious.
