I have 2 things out of 8 that were right. Theses people blessed up a $65.00 Lands Ends bag AGAIN !!!!!!! IF THEY CAN'T DO THE JOB THEY SHOULD SAY SO. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE FOR THEIR SCREW UP. I WOULD RUN NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.......RATED AS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!!!!!!!!

I agree, the design you chose in the size that would fit on your bag did not turn out well, which was part of our discussion in picking out a design. I am sorry you are unhappy with the bag. In good faith I replaced your bag with a bag out of my catalog, because I wasn't 100% happy with the way it turned out, there is always a risk with bringing in your own items.
