Great natural ice cream made with real milh, sundaes, banana splits, and other wonderful cold treats of all kinds on the menu. Delicious and tasty fried foods. Drive-thru is fast. You can order at the counter or tablet. Eat inside or outside. Great friendly customer service. No public bathrooms. The parking lot is limited. No Handicap spots near front of entrance. The only problem is leaving the parking lot. It can be a bit dangerous at night since Lewis is a busy street, so please be careful pulling out.
Slow, unmotivated, confused, and stingy with napkins (for what reason)? One napkin for an ice cream cone? So messy. We ordered and were assigned numbers, yet the staff refused to use the numbers. Had to ask me 3 times what i was waiting for. Two stars as food was pretty good, but service super rough. Cool you got an ordering screen, maybe do better with the actual flow of service.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this place . It used to be one of my favorites, but the last three visits have been really disappointing. Today I ordered a Chicago Dog and a gyro, and both were a letdown. 🥙 The hot dog was missing several ingredients, while the gyro was burnt and had small, crumbly pieces of meat instead of the quality gyro meat they used to serve. Coming back here after living in Texas for more than 15 years brought back so many wonderful memories! ❤️🍕 I grew up enjoying this place, and the first thing I wanted was their famous pizza puff. It tasted just as amazing as I remembered-crispy, fresh, and full of flavor! 🤤✨ It's always great when a childhood favorite still lives up to the hype. The friendly atmosphere made the visit even better, and I left with a big smile. 😊 I'll definitely be stopping by again every time I'm back in Waukegan! 🌟👏
