This place sucks one of my mom is a patient of theirs she is bed ridden and no one has been to her house since Saturday. She has not had any medicine or food. It is Monday at 11:20 no one is answering the phones the office or her CNA , the phones are going straight to voicemail. My son even called one of the employees to try to get someone out to her house on Saturday. This is not the way to care for the patients.
I have recently had the experience of someone needing services from this establishment and to say the least it was not pleasurable. Very unprofessional staff. The first helper sent spent 3 hours shopping Publix at $28.00 a hour, transported patient to docs appointment brought some friend with her and dropped patient off at docs and went to lunch with friend which left patient waiting 45 mins to be picked back up. Shirley's has been great . They treat my mother great. Extremely grateful for the care they have given her. CJ and Bianca are a blessing. They both do an excellent job of making sure Mom's needs are met.
