I used Norton’s to send a birthday surprise to my wife, who was in Birmingham for business on her birthday. They delivered a beautiful bouquet, chocolates, and a balloon for her to discover when she got to her hotel room. The flowers were very fresh, and my wife said they made her room smell amazing. Ordering online was quick and easy, and the folks at Norton’s really did a great job! Highly recommended!
I love this place! Me and my friend came by today to pick flowers for me and her prom dates boutonnières, and everyone who helped us was so helpful. They told us everything we needed and helped us through everything. I am so happy with the outcome and I am so thankful we came across this store ♥️
Had an excellent experience. Needed flowers delivered and the entire flow from selection, payment, communication along the way, and delivery was a joy. Flowers arrived on time, and looked beautiful and almost exactly like the picture. Would happily recommend and use them again!
