My husband and I have been patients of Dr Rodriguez for about 10 years. The office just keeps getting worse. We love the Dr but trying to get anything done is an act of God. You can never get a person on the phone. I call and it says I am #1 in the queue and then I am #2 and next thing I know I am dumped into a VM. Nobody ever calls you back. Dr. Rodriguez is an excellent primary care provider, and I would definitely recommend her. She is very personable and takes the time needed to get to know her patients. She carefully listens and takes detailed notes, which ensures nothing is missed. My medicines were correctly prescribed and needed referrals were processed quickly.
Just called in to try and book a new patient appointment. The woman I spoke to was horrible and sounded like she didn't want to talk. Attempted to sway me away from booking and encouraged me to "shop around". I didn't even provide her with my info. IDC how busy your office is, Do Better.
