Dr. Rodriguez is kind and thorough. She takes time to listen to you.
Love Doctor Rodriguez and her nurses! Been struggling to get a follow-up appointment for weeks! Even when I called back, within 3 minutes, of getting a voicemail! It just rings or pushes you to voicemail. They do not call back. The patient portal is broken and doesn't let me make an appointment either! Need a follow-up appointment? Have to go in person to arrange it. Not easy when you work 10 hour shifts.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Rodriguez for about 10 years. The office just keeps getting worse. We love the Dr but trying to get anything done is an act of God. You can never get a person on the phone. I call and it says I am #1 in the queue and then I am #2 and next thing I know I am dumped into a VM. Nobody ever calls you back. The last time I was lucky enough to get through I complained and was told they would have the office manager call me....I am still waiting over a week later. They called in prescription... read more

Dr. Rodriguez is an excellent primary care provider, and I would definitely recommend her. She is very personable and takes the time needed to get to know her patients. She carefully listens and takes detailed notes, which ensures nothing is missed. My medicines were correctly prescribed and needed referrals were processed quickly.
