Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. We arrived at 8:55 and proceeded to wait 25 minutes before asking if the doctor would be ready shortly. The office staff proceed to inform us that the doctor has not yet arrived and they were unable to find her. They repeatedly called her to which she did not respond. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited until 10:00. Our first though was "is she ok?"
