Shirley was a delight to work with, very professional and no BS. To her credit, I'm in the RE industry and was probably (okay, I was) more difficult to work with. Our faith and expectations for her were rewarded. Ironically, my wife and I have listed one of our SC homes with Coldwell Banker. Our agents there unknowingly have a comparatively high bar to live up to.

Shirley is incredible! She came highly recommended by a friend, and we ultimately chose to work with her because of her extensive experience in the Maitland/Winter Park area. As out-of-state buyers, we needed someone we could fully trust—especially when we couldn’t be there in person. Shirley went above and beyond every step of the way. Shirley is awesome! We used her recently to both sell a home and buy a home. I always felt like Shirley was in our corner, even when it was clear it didn’t serve her personally. After both deals were done, she was still working diligently to make sure all loose ends were cleared up. Also liked that all communication was conducted directly through her and not through someone else. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling your home
