I just waited over an hour for Dr Baptiste and then told there were still patients ahead of me. I had to leave without being seen to get to my grandchildren’s bus in time. From past experience I know it would be at least a half an hour after I got into an exam room before being seen. If she is unable to handle the workload, Dr Baptiste should schedule her appointments farther apart. Her patients’ time is valuable, too! Total disrespect for her patients. Dr. Jean-Baptiste was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained my conditions to me and handled all of my issues. I had seen other doctors for these issues and she delved more deeply than my previous physicians. I highly recommend her!! Her staff was friendly as well.
I've been seeing Dr. Baptiste for many years now and she has always been great at thoroughly explaining everything to me. She is a really great dermatologist, highly recommend her to anyone!
Yup. Just confirmed the one star reviews on this pinnacle location and dr baptist. I dont know why they would keep booking patients when they cant even keep up. Seems like they dont really care about this ongoing issue that everyone keeps talking about though.
