Dr. Jean-Baptiste was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained my conditions to me and handled all of my issues. I had seen other doctors for these issues and she delved more deeply than my previous physicians. I highly recommend her!! Her staff was friendly as well.
I've been seeing Dr. Baptiste for many years now and she has always been great at thoroughly explaining everything to me. She is a really great dermatologist, highly recommend her to anyone!
Yup. Just confirmed the one star reviews on this pinnacle location and dr baptist. I dont know why they would keep booking patients when they cant even keep up. Seems like they dont really care about this ongoing issue that everyone keeps talking about though.
Just saw Dr. Baptiste for the 2nd time within the last 2 years. After waiting an hour and 15min, she entered the room and was there for less than 8 minutes. I am beyond disappointed! She was abrupt and seemed irritated when I asked questions. I chose this doctor because of her Northwestern training. I would suggest to Dr. Baptiste that she reassess how she relates to patients. I will continue to go to Pinnacle Dermatoloy with another Doctor. TOTALLY DISQUSTED!!
