Punctual and professional staff and great NP. Shirley always makes you feel like she is there for you 100%. No sense of hurry, listens extremely well, clarifies when needed and is very attentive. Her style allows for equal interactions and she has always had great suggestions to address my challenges. I am very comfortable with her knowledge of the topic and appreciate her common sense approach.
Shirley listened respectfully to my complaints and concerns. We then discussed how my issues might be resolved. She is very knowledgeable about sleep Medicine. I was pleased with my visit and highly recommend her.
Appointment was on time, thorough, and informative. Was able to discuss my CPAP mask fitting and was offered some different mask styles. Highly recommend.
