I recently had a procedure done here and cannot be more grateful to all staff. The staff take great care of you and are super compassionate. Dr Lortie and the nurses in the surgery room were truly amazing.
I’ve had three procedures done at this centre and can’t be more grateful to all staff. Every person I encountered was very kind, nice and empathetic. The nurses and the ladies in the surgery room are the best. This is the best experience with a medical facility I’ve ever had. Thank you!
I had an appointment at 2:30 p.m. at the Women’s Health Center at Riverside Hospital, and since this was my first visit, I can honestly say it was a disappointing first impression. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in at the front desk. I was then instructed to wait in the waiting room for my name to be called. The doctors here are amazing and great but I’ll be honest, I DO NOT feel comfortable having the first line of contact, be with a man answering the phone! He did his best!! but honestly I was instantly uncomfortable by the fact that the person was male this is a women’s clinic… a lot of women including myself are calling with trauma that has to do with men and pregnancy and who answered the phone A MAN
