Warning Pre-existing conditions of Bed Bugs and negligence I moved into the Shirley Court apartments in Upper Darby on May 26th, 2019. A week later, I saw a bed bug in the bathroom closet. I work at a company that is trained to find and remove bed bugs so I know for a fact I did not have them. No paper work prior to my move confirmed the apartment was treated. Jake Long I live here. Management always goes the extra mile. Joe the Super always comes with a smile. They also have a garage for parking which is amazing!

it has been the coldest two days of the year and we have had no heat. It's 9 degrees out and we have a 6 month old. they said they were working on the boiler. we went to check, snd there was no one down there. This is the third time this has happened. d not get me started on regular maintenance issues. This is the worst place and they only want their money on the first. They don't give a crap about their tenants.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE JEW BASTARDS...ALL 6 BLDGS ARE OLD AS DIRT...F BLDG IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND DOES NOTHING TO SOLVE ISSUES...LIKE TENANTS TRASH BEING LEFT IN THE FIRE ESCAPE...DRUG DEALING NEIGHBORS IN THE NEXT APARTMENT. THE HEAT IS NEVER ON WHEN THE TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW 40. MICE RUNNING ALL AROUND. ALL THESE BASTARDS WANT IS THE RENT. THE PLACE IS A PROJECT. DOG SHIT ALL OVER THE GROUNDS. YOU WAIT DAYS IF NOT WEEKS TO GET SOMETHING FIXED.

Worst place ever I thought living here would be great with close to transportation and the city but I was so wrong. After getting parking the garage flooded with sewage with toilet paper left on the ground for months. Some nights I had to find parking on the street because of flooding which finding parking after 5pm take a long time reason why I had to pay to park. Geee willikers OK,Although I was so excited to finally get my first apt woth my newborn daughter it wasn't what I expected at alllll. They rarely came to fix anything that you request broken or clogged, mice infested they we're almost human like with intelligence and even though they say utilities included (heat, water)they'll freeze you to a popsicle in the winter then turn the heat on then turn it off again It was very uncomfortable to work a 12hr shift pick your daughter up in the cold to come back to a cold apt.It sucks ... read more
