Does not listen to patient well. Visit extremely short and rushed. Cut me off while trying to explain my surgeries. Posted wrong information in Notes summary due to inattention.
When my doctor relocated, I wanted to stay at the Manhatton location, so I changed doctors to Dr. Buntoro. I needed some paperwork and she requested a visit. She could not have been nicer. Very easy to talk to about my medical issues and when I left, I felt very good about my decision to change.
Very positive first visit with Dr. Buntoro. I recommend her highly.
Dr. Buntoro was helpful, and [likely] did everything possible - within the system - to help me. She was patient and knowledgeable.
I called to see why my bill was still almost $200 after insurance and paying my copay for my first time visit. I was told that the conversation that was had when I inquired about a concern wasn't covered. I was charged extra for a 5 minute conversation about an issue that I ended up choosing not to address. Will not be back, I should have been told that asking further questions and receiving a referral meant being charged more.
