Everyone is always so patient and helpful! They work with you on making the bike you choose perfect for you. Switching tires, handlebar stems, seats, etc. whatever you need they are willing to take the extra steps. Just last night I took my niece there to purchase a bike, which she did. Jon and Luke were so patient and helpful. They also did a trade in for her on her old bike. I also bought my eBike here. Erik is there expert and was super helpful as well. Mechanics are excellent as well! Highly recommend Shirk's!

I went on a Wednesday afternoon, which I didn't expect to be super busy. but they were SWAMPED (and apparently short a person or two). even with all that happening, the employee I spoke to was very helpful and helped me pick a new bike I'm absolutely thrilled with. Two days later, when I picked it up (the size I needed had to be assembled yet), they were very kind to install a bottle cage i purchased at the last minute and did the final check right in front of me before handing it over. Shirk’s is an amazing family owned bike shop with great employees. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped me BUT he was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. Recommending to others to shop here and will continue to shop here.
I wouldn't even think about going anyplace else for all my biking needs! They go out of their way to satisfy! customer since early 80's
