Many moons ago (when it was still VERY cold out) we had an electrical fìre try to start in an outlet and had to shut the breaker off (which meant no heat when temps were in the teens outside). Shirkey came right out and checked the rest of the living room outlets. Thank you for restoring my peace of mind.
