Great Doctor!! Has been our family doctor for many, many years. Has never disappointed.
Dr. Shirish B Patel verbally abused, shamed, and blamed me for asking for medical assistance in ordering a comprehensive female blood panel. Dr. Patel was standing. He asked me “How can I help you?”. I told him, “I want to check my hormone levels; can you give me a lab order?” He said, “What are you talking about hormones? There are hundreds of different hormones in your body. What are you talking about?” I filed three complaints against him. An investigation will take place soon.

I was very sick & called to make an appointment with Dr. Patel... they could not get me in that day so I made an appointment for the next day & waited 1 hour & 10 minutes before being seen. I had a very sore throat and ears & he told me to take tylenol and gargle with warm salt water. I was sick for 2 weeks with the same symptoms & kept calling, they said they couldn't do anything else. So I went to Urgent care and found out it was strep! For 3 weeks! Dr. Patel was negligent- I switched Dr.'s!
My wife and I are assigned to Dr. Patel. She saw him and was still sick for 3 weeks. Finally I Urged her to go to Urgent care because they didn't have any openings for more than 3 days when she called and her throat was so sore that she didn't want to talk and could hardly swallow water. It ended up being Strep Throat and I am wondering how he looked down her throat and heard her symptoms and MISSED THAT!!!!! WE changed Dr.'s. I would not reccommend Dr. Patel, he didn't seem to get the job done
