I have worked with Mari Shirer for 28 years. Independently I have shopped on and off. I have NEVER beaten their pricing by more than $100 each six months. My experience has been that Shirer "shops ahead" of the renewal. From a service standpoint, their team has answered questions "off-hours" on many occasions. I feel as if Mari treats my premiums like her own money. Of the "variable" expenses in a household (Insurance, internet, waste removal, cell phone, and other services), this is one that I simply don't worry about.
Mike Hayes is fantastic to work with. Fast communication, incredibly responsive, and even took the time to write me a policy on a holiday. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. 12/10 recommend—I’ll definitely be using him again!
