Did not take accountability on their decisions in coverage. An agent told me that I needed coverage on outbuildings and when insurance was needed, they said they should have never put coverage on those buildings and did not work with the insurance company. I was left paying my premium with no coverage when I needed it. Unacceptable, bad business
