Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I went in for a keratin treatment expecting smoother hair — came out with one side spiky and the other side flat, like two different heads. He admitted it didn’t go right, blamed my “thin hair,” and told me to “wait 15 days” for new hair to come. First of all — I already waited 7 days.
