Dr refused to diagnose me with an auto immune disease as I'm 'young', despite meeting criteria and 2 other health professionals agreeing I have an auto immune disease. Stated I was "lucky" to only work 3 days, I then had to awkwardly re-explain that I'm unable to work full-time due to chronic pain, told me I could try to exercise more despite my other health professionals saying I needed to tone down the amount of exercise I was engaging in. First time seeing Dr Jianna, she honestly makes you feel very comfortable. She’s also very thorough and understanding. I can tell I will receive the best possible care from her.
Gina and Mariana really went above and beyond, securing me an emergency appointment. I'm so, so grateful for their understanding and accomodation. Dr Cai was stellar - Putting forth a solid plan to manage the symptoms of a months-long pain issue. Highly recommended!

Dr Ken and Dr Jianna are both absolutely wonderful, I cannot recommend them enough. However, I found the admin staff to be quite condescending. They appeared to be more interested in the conversation they were having with each other, than helping patients. Overall, not a great experience.
