I had a positive experience with Dr. Tan. She was incredibly patient and courteous throughout my visit.
I had been suffering with severe and abnormal migraine symptoms for a little over 8 years and seen many specialists who dismissed me with no outcome. My first appointment with Dr Sophie Chatterton I felt seen and heard, I walked out of there with a diagnoses, the correct medication and on going plan to assist me in managing my symptoms. I was a new person within a week.
Dr Sophie Chatterton was truly the most caring, understanding and knowledgeable specialist I have ever seen. She listens, asks questions and made me feel at ease. She is truly an outstanding neurologist who doesn't put you in a "box" but treats you as an individual with specific needs. Wonderful! And I don't say that often
Melissa at reception is prompt, polite & VERY professional. Dr Sophie Chatterton is a doctor that thinks outside of the specialist shoe horn that others love to live in. Very intelligent & is able to bring current skills to complex vestibular problems. Will recommend 10 out of 10
