The manner in which reception communicates is appalling. Considering the nature of the majority of work coming through Shire Medical Imaging, a better understanding of compassionate communication is imperative. Will not recommend to any others dealing with medical complications, especially pregnancy
The staff here are so rude—it's insufferable. My original review from two years ago was removed because they don’t want to take accountability or change their ways. We went back again today and it was still awful. Everyone should avoid this place, even if referred.
From booking my appointment, to being received by reception to the actual procedure - it was comforting experience. Everyone is so calm, respectful and kind. Just the kind of treatment you hope for when feeling vulnerable and out of your comfort zone. All instructions were made with care and were easy to follow - from what to do and what was going to happen Highly recommend. Great experience! Thank you for you car!
I had a CT that showed I had nodules on my thyroid and needed to do an ultrasound to confirm. I spent 30mins with the radiographer and she could not find any nodules on my thyroid. I went to another imaging clinic and they found nodules which requires further investigation. If I did not obtain a second scan the nodules would have never been investigated putting myself at risk of cancer if no intervention was sought.
