We recently moved into our new house and after spending one night in the house we have noticed the attic is infested with bats! Ralph was too big to fit into the attic at the time of inspection so I got up there and took numerous pictures for him to look at. While I was up there I noticed a large black pile of what I now know is bat guano but Ralph told us it was "soot from the chimney" and didn't make that sound like anything that required immediate attention.
