Excellent service from beginning to end. John was extremely helpful when I was choosing a new boiler for my new home. His communication was excellent and he was happy to help with several other issues that cropped up. I highly recommend Shire Heating and Plumbing and will use them for all my future heating and plumbing requirements.

I spoke to John on the phone and explained I had a problem with my towel radiators. He came round the next afternoon as promised. By this point the radiators appeared to be working properly and John very patiently explained why they hadn’t come in the day before. He was so nice and we were very grateful for his prompt and friendly service. We will definitely use Shire heating again

John has been professional and knowledgeable from the first meeting and was really patient when we were deciding the design of the bathroom. He was always available to contact when we needed advice on materials to ensure we bought the right items. Both John and Elijah worked extremely hard during the week that they were here and the finished bathroom looks fantastic. Would highly recommend!

John and his assistant were fantastic. Polite, very knowledgeable. Arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Explained how boiler operated and followed up with a phone call the next day. I wish I had been recommended them sooner. Excellent.
