She's Amazing! I've been her patient for 3 years (or more) now and I can tell you she's very knowledgable and sharp. She puts the time to listen to your concerns and she's very quick with responding messages through portal. I also had an experience with one of the technicians who knew exactly what he was doing, if he didn't catch the issue with one of my appointments I'd have to pay out of pocket for that particular visit.
Worst experience from the doctor Shiram Herrera the staff from Baylor Scott & White gave me an appointment around 8AM and asked me reach by 7:45 and did reach on time and they made wait for an hour as doctor was in a meeting and they asked me to wait one more hour or offered me to reschedule or take a virtual appointment, what’s the point of scheduling an appointment when doctor is not available extremely bad service and experience on my end. Wouldn’t recommend this to happen for any other patient!
