They prescribed me medicine saying that it’s been sent to My H-E-B, but My H-E-B says they haven’t received anything. I went twice yesterday to pick it up and still don’t have it.

She and her staff have gone out of their way repeatedly to assist me with insurance and paperwork approvals that had left me without a working wheelchair, public transportation certification, access to food and incontinence supplies, required paperwork for my new service dog when one passed away, extended cancer diagnostic testing and therapy that would have taken months without advocacy.
