Office has a $50 fee for missed appointment. My child's appointment was made 1 year ago. They said they called me as a reminder, but I have no voicemails, texts or emails from them. On the other hand, the pediatrician's office sends frequent reminders until they get a confirmation. The staff at Dr. Schwartz's office are not doing their jobs. Take cue from how other medical offices operate.
Very good doctor she sees my 3 kids. We are VERY happy with her service professional, kind, patient. Highly recommended
First part of this review is for the front desk staff only. The front desk staff will almost always be on their cell phones and just ignore you while you wait to be greeted. Once they acknowledge your presence it is never ever in a friendly tone. I am not sure if they don't like their job or people.... or maybe even both irritate them. Not sure, but what I am sure of is that they are extremely rude and unkind. Second part is strictly on my daughter's doctor at this office.
