Dr. Varon provided excellent care before, after, and during my open myomectomy / fibroid removal surgery. Dr. Varon and her staff were excellent. I had a large fibroid for many years. Dr. Varon discussed my options, answered all of my questions, and explained the procedure in detail. Post-surgical care was excellent. Dr. Varon removed my fibroid laparoscopically which was not an option given to me in the past. I am extremely pleased with the results.
First off Dr. Varon is AMAZING! I had been dealing with fibroids for many years and I finally decided to get them removed. I was really afraid going into this process because I had experiences with other Ob/Gyns that were not kind or compassionate. However, Dr. Varon was completely supportive of my decision to preserve fertility (even though I am 39 and some docs would have immediately recommended hysterectomy). Dr. Varon was an excellent surgeon. She provided exceptional services from start to finish. During our first meeting she made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained my condition in detail.
