We have had a great experience with the Shira products we love that we have these products at our spa Salus Per Aquam. We have Claudia as our trainer and she is so well educated with the products and the protocols.

Purchased products at Vegas show and did not receive my order. After five phone calls, sending receipt copies of my order and multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, Shira did not refund my charge. This had to be resolved through my credit card company. With customer service so poor I would never do business with this company. What an enormous disappointment.
