Hurricane Michael gave us a good excuse to update our decor and we are back open for business. What better place than St. Joe Beach to be Shipwrecked. Luckily, the Galley is intact and the Ship's Cooks are preparing The Best Oysters, Seafood, Steaks and Breakfast on the Planet with a variety of Wine & Ice Cold Beer to quench your Castaway thirst. Rescue efforts take place seven days a week.

Been a couple of years since I last entered those doors. I had Oysters on the half shell and the crab legs. Oysters were watered down and the meat in the crab legs were stuck to the shell. Decided to go back a couple of days ago. Oysters were still disappointing. The crab bisque was great but I ordered the stuffed mushroom and it was just cooked mushrooms swimming in the crab bisque. The worse was finding a hair in my slightly wilted salad. Never going back...
The food took a very long time/service was very slow. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt since the food tasted good, then both my partner and I got slight food poisoning not too long after leaving the restaurant.
Great food, quick service. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful meal with Tony and his awesome team on Saturday night. It was great to see so many familiar faces celebrating Shipwreck’s reopening and delicious food.
