If you expecting a 5 star resort please research better lol. This place is unique, quaint, simple.... and our favorite room is the simplest of them all. Has easy access to everything in the area. My wife and I can't wait to come back again.. We have been here multiple times.
Wish I could give a negative star review. My family and I were shopping here when my son who has autism he can’t read or speak walked into an open door in the back. It turned out it was a bathroom but there was a sign on it that said employees only. A young woman working at the store yell at us saying you can’t go in there I apologized and said it was too late he was already on the toilet. Their parking machines charged me incorrectly for a full day, and when I called customer service and the associated store I was told there was nothing that could be done and hung up. Subsequent calls went straight to voicemail because they would rather steal $20 than take the time it takes to correct their poor choices. Tacky people at this tacky store.
