Extremely poor customer service. Once they make a sell they want nothing more to do with you. The quality of their trailers are sub standard and lack any longevity at all. Highly recommend you seek a different manufacture for a rv tolling trailer. Their brakes on these trailers are trash. DONOT buy them. You will be spending thousands of dollars a year just replacing brakes, pads, and seals if they dont break first. Don't believe me ask any driver you see on the road with a shipshe trailer.
