I don't write a lot of reviews, but this one is very necessary as I need to cite Bob from Shipswatch apartments due to an incredible sense of professionalism and attention. I have been here many years and Bob has been one of the reasons I stay. Bob runs maintenance but he does more than that, he runs communications. We loved our home: Powell. Very clean with no maintenance issues. So nice to experience the ocean or sound which were equidistant for us in this home. The sound is exceptionally beautiful and well kept. Loved the sunsets on the sound. This community is walkable and quiet with private access points for the beach and sound. We were able to see the beach and the sound from this home. Powell's kitchen was well stocked with anything that you would need for cooking or baking.
