I am a 28 year resident here at Ships Watch and my experience is 98% positive. My experience of the staff these past decades is not as described but of efficient and fair. They are very professional. For example, If I have a maintenance request it is usually fulfilled quite promptly. We’ve had the same maintenance man for nearly 20 years and he’s amazing. the only reason I recommend ships watch is because of the location. other then that it is not worth the rent. yes they have a pool but it is poorly cleaned and the gym just got "updated". I liked the staff until they complained about doing things they should do. for example they chargred for stupid things like the dumpster being full (when we moved out) when people had passed away and others moved out also.
