This Hotel was the worst hotel I stayed in all my 35 years of using hotels. During my stay Saturday night to Sunday there was no heat, then the shower curtain rod fell on me while I was in the shower, the room smell like cigarette smoke, rugs we're filthy, and the staff which I believe was only one or two people had no customer service skills. The person at check in was rude and we had no heat. Got back to hotel at 2AM and heat wouldn't turn on. No blankets just a thin bedspread. At checkout they were like you didn't call? Yeah who would be here at 2AM nobody. It took 3 hours for someone to show up to check in. Worst hotel in all of Hampton Beach and we stay frequently.
Vraiment désuet...il fessais 5 dehors et pas de chauffage dans la chambre alors épouvantable comment nous avons eu froid ....
Outstanding staff ,rooms , location, and value... enjoyed our stay
