I deal with the management and maintenance side of ShipRock Management on a weekly basis. They are professional and efficient not only in dealing with other businesses like me but also in how I have observed them treat their tenants. I have been in an associated business dealing with property management companies for over 30 years and they are one of the best I have encountered.
Jenny and the staff are easy to work with and the properties they manage are top notch. If I was in the market to rent I would highly recommend checking them out !

Shiprock manages a property for me and as I buy more I can't imagine having anyone else do it. Their years of experience in documentation, selection of tenants, and handling of daily activities is impossible to match. At the same time they truly want it to be a quality place for someone to live. If you are looking to have property managed or looking to rent I highly recommend them. Outstanding people!! You will not be disappointed.
