Horrendously bad turnaround times for no-brainer issues. I've been trying to get a pest issue in one of the properties they manage solved, and I've gotten just about every excuse in the book as to why it hasn't been solved yet. Save yourself some trouble, pay the extra and rent with a better company.
They won’t support for tangent side it’s just terrible employee who hang up on middle of conversation and who told me not to cut it off who cutting me off . Better if you won’t deal with them in the first place and future! Probably supervisor better than regular employee , they will tell you supervisor is busy .
There application fee is 50 bucks and they automatically make you do a dog application even if your not approved which is 30 so that’s 80 dollars to deny me stating that I have negative rental history but I don’t owe anything and the same day I was denied the property that I wanted was taking off the market after they said I was the only person that applied and it took them two days to do my application. They were very difficult to work with and told us to apply and claimed we never gave them deposits. They have terrible communication in their company and it is clearly poorly managed on that side of things. They sent us calling other companies that handle their payments. Still nothing. Lost 150 dollars in 3 application fees... would not recommend.
