Reliable communication was the exception rather than the rule, and that wears down trust fast. Wendy helped me on move in day and was thorough in what I needed to do, and who to talk to for what issues I had. Lucas is the leasing agent, and is very communicative! He helped initially with the tour up to signing the lease. Alex is the Maintenance Tech and help with any issues needing attending with the apartment. Alex is timely, kind, communicative, and thorough. Tara also helped us with knowing what to do and answering any questions we had!

Maintenance fella Jesse showed up to work on our toilet. He was communicative and answered all my questions, fixed the problem, and was very pleasant and friendly.
Whenever I need something looked at or help, I always get a quick response and problems solved.
