Horrible. They never fix anything and they give you every excuse as to why they cant get to fixing it. They're a rip off. They don't value good tenets either. If you sign a lease with them GOOD LUCK!
Bought my building 6 months into a lease. Never signed a new lease or did a walk through. Now that my lease is up, it turns out we did exactly 3 security deposits worth of damage to the unit. Shady people with no concern for or interest in their tenants aside from attempting to extort money.
