Quick and easy
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I rented from them and lived above their office so the owner, Mr. Mitros, was my landlord. There was a hole in my pantry floor and he repaired it with cardboard and duct tape and then painted over it. Then the counter was not bolted to a wall and fell, breaking my dishes that I was putting away. When I brought it to their attention, they said you cant bolt it to the wall since the wall was brick. The owner called and screamed at my freshly 18 year old little sister and refused to speak to anyone else or make an appointment. The ladies that work the front desk are very nice and Always helpful but once my lease is up I will never rent from them or any other remax company again!
Dont't even think about renting from this group. Still waiting after 5 hours of no heat. No emergency contact numbers. Nobody calls back or responds to messages. Find another realtor, not a "slumlord".
