Pretty sure this is going to make a good case should we decide to take you out of court since you refuse to come and fix an active leak on a water heater bad water heater where is Waters continuously flowing. As our courtesy to help we've installed a hose to allow it to drain but as you can see it is just inches away from electrical which could cause death. They won't replace your carpet every 3 years which is the industry standard for health reasons and depreciation. Hell, they won't even replace your carpet after 6 years. How pathetic! Yet they still want to know and inspect carpet condition 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Y'all are clueless aren't you? Or is cheap and petty better terminology??? SMDH
My husband and I have been renting with this company for over a year. Whenever we’ve put in a repair request, they respond and come out immediately. I love that they have yard maintenance every Tuesday. It literally upgrades the look of the community. My husband and I pray for our neighbors and neighborhood and so far so good. We are blessed to be in a nice home in a good neighborhood with a great company.
We had a great experience leasing from this company. Maintenance is A+, always prompt and efficient in handling requests. The office staff maintained a high level of professionalism, which we really appreciated. All the rental processes were handled quickly and made very easy for our family beginning to end. Our property manager, Nicole, was outstanding. She was always pleasant, reliable, and helpful. Highly recommend Shipman Companies to anyone considering renting.
Speaking about the current landlord of the Bromley apartments that Shipman owns- Cindee has the worst management, communication, and customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. She is never there, can never be contacted, skips appointments with tenants, and when she is there, is the most unfriendly and disrespectful woman you could meet. From my own experiences I can say that if you rent from the Bromley Apartments, be prepared to have all of your paperwork lost repeatedly, be lied to and gaslit about prices and agreement... read more
