I had a great experience with them getting a tv antenna installed on the roof. A couple years later it stopped working likely due to wind. I am happy to pay, but they will not schedule a call to adjust. I advertised for them and other friends purchased from them as well before this issue. I just can't support a company that doesn't support their work.
Excellent work and wonderful customer service. You cannot go wrong.
Came same day I called and figured out my tv problem
Hello- Just had my DVD/ VCR combo player repaired at Shipley's and their customer service is over the top with Ms. Barbara checking in your item to be repaired and then of course, Mr. Marshall working his magic to repair all electronics are back to it's working condition or even better!
