Hello- Just had my DVD/ VCR combo player repaired at Shipley's and their customer service is over the top with Ms. Barbara checking in your item to be repaired and then of course, Mr. Marshall working his magic to repair all electronics are back to it's working condition or even better! Made my record player like it was brand new, he fixed it very fast and for a good price, you put 30 dollars down and he will get back to you with a price, he's very good at what he does and he can fix anything and make it sound new! They don't answer sometimes, but you can just go in and ask if you have any questions
