I recently visited Shirley’s Fine Jewelry Store for the first time. What a wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I repurposed some jewelry and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! This is definitely my new go to jewelry store!
Every experience we’ve had with Shipley’s Fine Jewelry has been wonderful. At Christmas, my husband purchased a pair of diamond earrings for me that are just beautiful. He was very specific on the details of what he was looking for and the Shipley’s made sure that is exactly what he got. Update: I returned the product and I was refunded. do not recommend this store at all. I told the owner what I wanted and showed him the sample earrings that I had, I simply wanted them to be bigger. He said he could do the job and when the earrings arrived they were not at all like the ones I had shown and given him. He later said that the earrings could not be made like the ones I wanted. I had a pendant with my husband and children’s birthstones and now that I have grandchildren I wanted to switch it up and after working with them, I ended up picking out a bracelet with the original birthstones and 3 new ones representing the grandchildren! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using them again in the future for more custom pieces!
These people are the best for customer service and quality products. We are continually surprised at how much we enjoy their jewelry and service.
