Shipley's is a Houston icon!
The lady who works there is so rood. Never welcomes you waiting with 😡 face for your order. She added extra money in my cookies donuts for the pieces of cookies on top. The first time it happened in this store we always buy in different stores and never happened. And she did not explain what she says is "this is the price".
The cashier was incredibly rude. He kept adding extra charges without any explanation or valid reason. When I pointed out that this behavior was completely unacceptable, he just mumbled something under his breath instead of addressing the issue properly. Honestly, the whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional.
