Have not received an appointment that I was suppose to get in January for my regular checkup? I attempted several times to sign in but forgot my password, it stated it would send me a code to reset my password I tried 3 times but NEVER received any code so how am I suppose to view my chart ??
I go to my doctor here nice parking and offices are very clean.
