Quality work , done timely, friendly service
My experience at Shipley’s Fine Jewelry was absolutely phenomenal! I came into the store to get my engagement ring cleaned and a pearl replaced that had fallen off. Not only did Mr. Shipley replace the one lost pearl, but he also ordered a second pearl to replace the second pearl on my ring. This care and attention to detail truly made the difference and ensured that the pearls were a perfect match! I am happy to say that my ring was sparkling just as bright as it was the day I got engaged! Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Shipley!
I would give Shipley's negative ratings if I could. I took my set of 3 stackable rings (one with a ruby, one with a sapphire and one with an emerald) there to be soldered together. Scott told me that I would need some sort of piece of gold to reinforce the rings as they were soft. These items were not cheap. In order cover the cost, I sold two gold bangles to him. Scott is a straight up guy. Very honest
Scott, his staff and my Wonderful husband of 40 years did an Amazing job assisting me in creating my Anniversary ring style , shape , weight, effects exactly the way I pictured it. We mixed and matched some of my old rings diamonds into this new stylish creation. I absolutely love the end result! He has gained our business for all our future needs!
