Shipley responded quickly to our request for help about water in our basement. Chris found the leak in the water heater and it was replaced within a couple of hours.

Whatever he tell you on the phone is not the same when you meet him at his office .
Avoid at all costs! I was foolishly on their admiral plan for years. They regularly lied about work. They installed a tankless water heater incorrectly (didn't pass gas line inspection). They also don't have a full-time HVAC technician. They outsource for heat/AC. Customers beware of these guys!!
I discovered a leaking water heater late last evening. I called and left a message at 7:00 PM. Received a call back at 7:15 the next morning. Technicians were here by 8:30 AM. About two and a half hours later the hot water heater was replaced. Thanks to the technicians and Shipley for the prompt service and a job well done.
