Chris communicates well and explained what he was doing and why it was important/ relevant. He did good work.
Chris was very professional and he persevered until the best solution was found. Because of the nature of the job (e.g., installation of a sub-meter) it required communication and joint work with WSSC. He managed it and got the job done in record time. He returned twice to make final adjustments and I can now enjoyed the fruits of his hard work.
