Great customer service
They messed up my online order. Placing a cherry icing cake donut in the back when i ordered strawberry. I called and was told i would get a coupon in the mail and to go back to the location to exchange the donut.. exchange it for what, so you can give it to another person!!! I never receive the coupons in the mail for my inconvenience.
Nasty. The croissant sandwich was soggy, thrown together, and had terrible flavor. Donut was stale and dry.
I come here every morning before my shift. The staff is so quick and kind! Even when they are in a rush, they treat every customer with kindness and get the work done.
