We were robbed. My boss ordered kolaches for the Saturday workers a day in advance online. When I arrived, the lady in the window did not have the order. Another lady had me pull around to the front. Will not buy donuts here again!!! The donuts left a greasy/oily taste on my lips. Donuts were out in the open without being covered!!! I prefer going to Dunkin' Donuts or Miller Farms for fresh donuts.
Great donuts! Horrible Customer Service! Placed an order 14 hours in advance. Showed up at 7am to pick up my order. Order was not ready. Was told it would take 30 minutes even I ordered day before. They didn't have everything to fill my order, but told me I couldn't get my money back. $190 order and I got what they wanted to give me. Not what I ordered and it was 35 minutes late and I was late for work.
Great service, kolaches and donuts. Super fast drive thru.
