They probably would’ve gotten a better review if they had been open! Which all of their website say they’re supposed to be.

This is not Shipleys, the doughnuts are small, hard and don’t taste anything like the other location in Austin I am familiar with. They don’t even look like Shipley’s, I am fully convinced they don’t purchase the correct stuff and might be going off brand that’s how much these doughnuts aren’t like shipleys. I’m not sure how this place stays in business. I’ve gone here once a month for the last 12 months and every time the donuts taste stale and not like the Shipley’s I used to remember. Most locations are great and they have fresh donuts every morning, and you can taste the freshness. Unfortunately this will be my last time going here I’d be better off going to HEB.
It says they open at 5am but I’ve passed by everyday around 6a.m. This past week and it’s been closed. No signs on doors, monitors are on but no ones there and lights are off.
