They seemed to be under staffed
This is probably my 10th time here and four out of the 10 times they've messed up my order or the kolaches have been stale.
I was excited to visit this location for the first time since we have loved Shipley's in Georgetown and Cedar Park in the past but I was very disappointed. I ordered through the drive thru and when I got home I was stunned at how poor the quality was for how much I paid and my order was incomplete. The donuts were dry and the icing was slapped on barely half the donuts. Had I gone inside to order and could see them I probably wouldn't have stayed.
