I usually love the Shipley Do-Nuts on Barker Cypress the donuts are always fresh. But this morning was really disappointing. I stopped by to pick up donuts as a surprise for the camp staff and asked if they could drop a fresh batch, like they’ve done before. The lady at the register rudely said, We can’t drop any right now, you’ll have to wait 20 minutes. I wasn't able to wait the 20 minutes and unfortunately I was given 2 dozen not fresh donuts. I went through the drive thru to place my order, and told the guy what I wanted. I get home and notice that the guy who took my order got it wrong and didn’t give us some of the order I asked for. I’m very disappointed in how they handled this.
I don't understand how this place is still open. They have terrible service. The last 3 times I've been there, the workers have been rude.
